Open Gym

We have scheduled down time during the day which we call Open Gym.

During this time, you're welcome to use the facility to catch up on missed classes or work on your own fitness routine.

In order to purchase an Open Gym Only membership, you must meet with a coach to discuss whether this is the right option for you!

Just Visiting?

In town for just a short period of time? We’ve got you covered! Whether you want to drop in to use Open Gym, SAS Weightlifting area, or join a Group Training class, we offer a few short term options, including:

  • 1 Day Pass

  • 1 Week Pass

  • 10-Class Punch Card

  • 20-Class Punch Card
