What is your fitness story?

I grew up playing every sport imaginable but my specialty was in Ice Hockey. I played on a D1 scholarship at St. Cloud State University where I still hold the record for All-Time Point Scorer in school history. After college, I shifted focus to CrossFit in 2012 as a coach and an athlete. I competed as an individual at the 2014 and 2015 Regionals. Once again in 2015, I shifted focus to Olympic Weightlifting and opened my own gym, Annex Training Center, in Long Beach, CA. I competed for Team USA from 2015-2020 in multiple Pan American Championships, World Championships, and still hold the American Record for Total in the 53kg weightclass. My fitness center continued to grow with the hard work from my team and allowed me to go back to my passion and roots in hockey. I was hired as the first ever Women’s Hockey Coach at the University of Arizona set to start September 2024.
