What is your fitness story?

I have enjoyed fitness as long as I can remember. I started wrestling when I was 5 which led me into a life of fitness. I have always enjoyed being in the gym, whether it was on the mats or in the weight room. I have been CrossFitting and coaching CrossFit since 2015. I also enjoy personal training a variety of different athletes.

What is your favorite movement?

Anything handstand related.

What is your favorite quote?

Stay positive, work hard and make it happen.

Advice for beginners?

Trust the process. Anyone can do this!
