Flight Club
Flight Club is the gym’s seasonal running group, designed to support runners from beginner to advanced in building community and achieving their health and fitness goals. Programming each cycle follows a thoughtful progression and typically builds towards a fun community running event from 5K to half marathon distance. The group is led by Coach Jose Delgado.
Structure
Flight Club meets most Sundays of the year, taking a short break during the heat of the summer and chill of the winter. Each Flight Club session includes a coach-led warm up, dynamic stretching, running drills, a time-based workout appropriate for all levels, and a cool down. The primary goal of Flight Club is to build community around running in a fun and welcoming environment, while helping athletes achieve their health and fitness goals.
